YUCCA VALLEY PLANNING COMMISSION STILL LOOKING AT HOME OCCUPATION PERMITS

The Yucca Valley Planning Commission will continue their work to the Town’s Home Occupation permits tonight. Managing Editor Tami Roleff has more….

The Yucca Valley Planning Commission will once again take up the issue of home occupation permits. Among the items the commissioners will discuss and possibly approve are amendments to the Development Code which add four classes of home occupations: those that are exempt from obtaining permits; those that don’t require a hearing; those that require public notice and a public hearing; and those that require a conditional use permit. The Commission will then hear a department report on making changes to the Town’s land use districts. The meeting starts at 6:00 in the Yucca Room of the Community Center.
