I just wanted to inform everyone who assumes that Troy(Jay) was not drinking. He was my pastors husband for 16 years. I’ve known Jay for 11 years and in the 11 years I’ve known him he has never drank. It was late, dark, and he made a wide turn. He was an amazing man. He was a very caring, kind, loyal, respective, family man. R.I.P. Jay, I love you…

I am so saddened to hear about this tragedy. I have known Jay for years and we worked together on a construction contract on the military base for many years. He was a loving family man who cared deeply about others. My prayers go out to his family and friends. Rest in peace my friend. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
