WONDER VALLEY MAN ARRESTED FOR GRAND THEFT AUTO

A Wonder Valley man was arrested Wednesday morning after he was found driving a stolen vehicle. According to a Sheriff’s report, shortly after 5 a.m., a deputy stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Desert Knoll Avenue and Cactus Drive. During the course of the investigation, the deputy determined that the driver, Naim Sharrieff, 39, was driving a stolen vehicle. Naim Sharrieff was arrested for investigation of grand theft auto, booked at the West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $50,000.
