TWENTYNINE PALMS MAN HELD AFTER DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Tuesday afternoon accused of felony spouse abuse. According to a Sheriff’s report, a woman reported that her boyfriend, Steven Aldama, 55, threw her down and she hit her head, causing her head to bleed. The woman tried to run away, but Aldama followed her, and Sheriff’s dispatch could hear the two arguing. After investigation, Seven Aldama was arrested in the 71100 block of Sunny Sands Drive in Twentynine Palms on suspicion of felony spouse abuse. He was booked at the Morongo Basin Jail with bail at $50,000.
