I am Calixtro’s Mother-in-law. I would be more than happy to talk about the wonderful man he is, and why these charges are WAY OUT of line. Calixtro is an extremely caring Father of three beautiful girls. He is a well mannered, articulate, and intelligent person. He has been awarded many Military Honors, and served proudly in Afghanistan. My Son-in-law joined the Marine Corp following Sept. 11, 2001. He is a Patriot and a Hero. I have known him for many years, and this allegation against him is false.

This News report is inaccurate considering A. my brother in law is innocent until proven guilty and B. the injuries sustained to the child are false. My brother in law is in NO WAY guilty of these accusations and I stand behind that because he is in fact a good person. I want the pubic to know that Calixtro is an innocent man who is nothing but a good father to his children and has never had a past history with violence. He did not put his daughter in harm’s way and he never has because he is a loving, caring father to those children and the state of California is making a big mistake by taking him to court.
