LAST YEAR FOR YUCCA VALLEY ROTARY CLUB FIREWORKS

More than 4,000 people went to Brehm Sports Park to watch the Yucca Valley fireworks on the Fourth of July, with thousands more watching from nearby homes and parking lots. The Rotary Club of Yucca Valley, which has sponsored the fireworks display for the past 32 years, has announced that this year’s show will be its last, as the event has become so large that the club does not have the fund-raising abilities or the manpower for it any longer. At this time, it’s unknown if the Town of Yucca Valley or another organization will take over organizing and sponsoring the fireworks show next year. The Rotary Club of Yucca Valley thanks its sponsors who have helped put on the annual fireworks show and community fair. A complete list of sponsors can be seen with this story at Z1077fm.com.
