The final phase of construction on the traffic signal at Dumosa Avenue and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley is expected to start tomorrow, Tuesday, May 5. Still waiting to be completed are the installation of the signal light poles, electrical wiring, and final street striping. It’s unknown when the signal light will be fully operational, as Southern California Edison still needs to complete the electrical connections and the final approval from CalTrans may take up to two weeks.
