COMMUNITY RESOURCE FAIR AT COPPER MOUNTAIN COLLEGE TUESDAY

Copper Mountain College hosts a free community resource fair this Tuesday, May 12, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in 300 Quad on the main campus. The public is invited to take part and learn strategies for dealing with stress and anxiety from providers like CMC’s Veteran’s Services, the Extended Opportunity Programs and Services, along with the CARE, CalWORKs and ACCESS Programs, also the Student Success Center, Associated Students, Morongo Basin Sexual Assault Services, Pacific Clinics, the Family Service Association, Hi-Desert Behavioral Health, the Family Health Clinics, Yucca Valley Center for Change, Morongo Basin Crisis Walk-in Center and the County Department of Behavioral Health. Two, limited-seating workshops will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so sign up on arrival for the 12:30 p.m. or 1:15 p.m. session. More information at 760-366-3791.
