BURGLARS SCARED OFF AT TWO HOMES IN YUCCA VALLEY WEDNESDAY MORNING

Suspected burglars were scared off at two nearby residences in Yucca Valley early Wednesday morning. According to Sheriff’s reports, a resident in the 7400 block of Warren Vista Avenue said two suspects shined a light through his window about 4 a.m. When he got up to call 911, the power to his home was out. His dog was barking at something in the back yard, and he saw two suspects on his back porch. When they saw the homeowner, they jumped the back fence and fled. About 10 minutes later, a homeowner in the 7400 block of Lucerne Vista reported two males were ringing her front door bell. When she looked out the window, she saw the two suspects hiding behind a bush, and so she called 911. The suspects then fled.
